If you are looking to cut the cost of your TV and broadband bill this January then now is a good time to go shopping.
Virgin Media has just announced that it’s cutting the price of its ultimate VIP bundle by £120.
This offer features a swathe of TV channels and there’s also the firm’s fastest broadband included as well.
The VIP Bundle usually costs £89 per month but this cost has now been reduced by £10 to £79 per month.
The deal lasts for 12 months with a total saving of £120 over the year.
Those taking Virgin up on this deal will get all Sky Sports and Sky Cinema in HD plus there’s 4K BT Sports coverage and a total of 260 channels.
Virgin also includes its VIVID 350 fibre as part of the bundle with users able to download files at speeds of up to 362Mbps – that’s around seven times faster than the UK average.
Finally, you also get Talk More Anytime thrown in as well.
If £79 sounds bit rich, Virgin has also cut the cost of its budget Player Bundle with customers now able to access this service for £32 per month – saving £5.
The Player Bundle comes with over 70 channels plus VIVID 100 broadband which offers download speeds of 108Mbps.
Another discount comes to those who only want broadband and a phone with Virgin cutting the cost of this package to £27 per month – that’s £5 off the usual cost.
Along with cutting the price of its broadband packages, Virgin has also dropped the cost of some popular smartphones.
Their Virgin Mobile sale includes £144 off the Galaxy S8 and there’s an offer on Huawei’s award-winning P20 Pro which includes a free smartwatch when you buy this device on contract.
Apple fans can also get £72 off the new iPhone Xs without deals starting from £39 per month
Finally, if you want a SIM-only plan, Virgin has 6GB of data for £9 and 2GB for £7.
