LIVERPOOL VS CARDIFF LIVE STREAM
Liverpool and Manchester City have been tussling for the Premier League top spot most of the season; there is currently only one point separating the two sides.
Jurgen Klopp’s squad currently have 85 points after 34 games played compared to Manchester City that have 86 after the same amount of matches.
If Liverpool do win today, they would overtake Man City by two points but would have played an added tie.
As the Reds continue in their quest for the Premier League and Champions League titles, Klopp has commented on the palpable excitement from fans as the season draws to a close.
He told The Guardian: “I love the situation we are in. We want to play and, if we are tired, we don’t feel it. We want to be playing and winning, not sitting at home and hoping the others lose or whatever.
“We are really in a proper competition mood right now.
“I know the city [Liverpool] is buzzing and I can imagine people want to go and celebrate, to talk about how we are doing, but we are not part of that.
“We just have to make sure it stays like this and, believe me, that’s not a problem.”
Klopp has emphasised beating Cardiff today is no easy task and praised the Welsh squad for their attacking prowess.
He stated: “Cardiff should have beaten Chelsea a couple of weeks ago.
“That’s how dangerous they can be.
“They were 1-0 up and then conceded a goal that was offside. Everybody in football saw that.”
