The mid-range market continues to grow with devices such as the OnePlus 6T taking the world by storm.
These phones include some very good specs at a much lower price with the 6T even featuring a dual-lens camera, fast Snapdragon 845 processor and fast charging battery.
Samsung is also no stranger to releasing cheaper phones but its latest range of cut-price call makers could be their best yet.
The Korean technology firm will reveal its latest A series phones later today at an event in Milan and the A70 is definitely one to watch out for.
We already know plenty about this device with Samsung confirming its specs earlier this month.
For your money, you’ll be treated to a 6.7-inch Super AMOLED edge-to-edge screen with a 20:9 display ratio.
That sounds impressive enough but turn this device around and there’s a triple rear camera which will offer ultra wide shots and stunning depth of field with Samsung also boasting that it has included its clever Scene Optimiser which can recognise and intuitively enhance up to 20 scenes.
Along with those nice features on the outside, there’s plenty of features tucked under the hood with a fast processor, giant 4,500mAh battery and 128GB of storage.
Samsung has also opted for an embedded fingerprint scanner under the screen and the firm says that the A70 will be available in four distinctive colours including Coral, Blue, Black and White each will also get the prism effect that reveals gradient colours depending on light direction and reflections.
These features are all pretty good but perhaps the best part about this phone is its price with Samsung revealing it will cost just £369.
Speaking about the launch of the A70, Conor Pierce, Corporate Vice President, Samsung UK and Ireland said: “Today’s consumers are using their phones in a more visually active and authentic way – sharing their experiences and staying connected longer.
“These connections can only thrive when the most essential features allow people to enhance interactions through spontaneous, collaborative, and genuine connection. This requires an evolution. Which is why, to meet the needs of this emerging generation, we created the new Galaxy A70 – designed for the way people are connecting now.”
Along with the A70 be revealed at today’s event we are also expecting plenty of other mid-range surprises.
