Microsoft Office 365 and Outlook is down and not working for hundreds of users across the UK.
Fans have reported login issues and server connection problems with both services.
Independent website Down Detector registered a surge in people reporting problems with the services.
The site has registered over 390 reports from Outlook users insisting the service is not working as usual.
An outage map showed the main areas affected by the problems are the UK, Belgium and The Netherlands.
Moreover, it has also received over 730 reports at one time from Office 365 fans.
In response to the outage, a number of users have taken to Twitter to express their disappointment.
One said: “Did you receive my important work mail?
“No, that is because Outlook/Office 365 is down.”
Another wrote: “Outlook, hey guys, were having issues logging in to Outlook from Romania.
“Servers might be down?”
A third declared: “Outlook down.”
Microsoft Outlook is the American tech giant’s email client that replaced Hotmail back in 2012.
Meanwhile, Office 365 is a set of programmes offered via a subscription service from the firm.
The three main services offered by software are Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
